We wanted to start off this blog with some beautiful pictures taken from Heritage Trail Park in Tallahassee. This is a truly remarkable place. The photos taken don't even encompass the whole lake. This is a very peaceful and somewhat secluded gem in Tallahassee. When we arrived there we were greeted with a sign saying alligators are common. However we are in Florida and that's just the way things work over here. 
We deployed the drone along the strip of land protruding out into the lake shown above. There were a couple of birds that I tried to capture but they seemed to not like that noisy thing in the air with a camera on it. Another one kept diving into the water. It was quite funny to see. We also saw a couple people fishing but really we saw less than 10 people in the park. We will go back sometime to get some more drone photographs. This photo to the left is probably my personal favorite
